(Advice on prenatal care during pregnancy)

Viele gynäkologische Praxen bieten feste Termine für an. Dabei werden Blutdruck und Gewicht kontrolliert, und oft wird auch ein gemacht. Bringen Sie zum Termin Ihre und den Mutterpass mit. Wenn Sie nicht versichert sind, informieren Sie die Praxis bitte vorher, damit die Abrechnung geklärt werden kann.

Wenn Sie ein Kind , sind Beschwerden wie Ziehen im Bauch oder starke Müdigkeit oft normal. Melden Sie sich trotzdem, wenn Sie starke Schmerzen, Blutungen oder regelmäßige haben. Fragen zum oder zur Geburt besprechen Sie am besten frühzeitig mit Ihrer Gynäkologin oder Ihrem Gynäkologen. Auch eine kann Sie während der Schwangerschaft und nach der Geburt begleiten.
Many gynecology practices offer fixed appointments for prenatal check-ups. Blood pressure and weight are checked, and an ultrasound is often also done. Bring your health insurance card and the maternity record book to the appointment. If you are not insured, please inform the practice beforehand so that billing can be clarified.

If you are expecting a child, symptoms such as a pulling sensation in the abdomen or severe fatigue are often normal. Still, get in touch if you have severe pain, bleeding, or regular contractions. It is best to discuss questions about the due date or the birth early on with your gynecologist. A midwife can also support you during pregnancy and after the birth.

Heute hatte ich meine Vorsorgeuntersuchung beim Gynäkologen. Vor zwei Wochen war mein Schwangerschaftstest positiv, deshalb bin ich seitdem etwas nervös. Beim Ultraschall hat die Ärztin gesagt, dass das Neugeborene sich gut entwickelt. Das Geschlecht konnte man aber noch nicht sicher erkennen. Mein Geburtstermin ist Anfang Dezember. Ich habe auch nach einer Hebamme gefragt und soll mich bald darum kümmern. Falls es Komplikationen gibt, könnte ein Kaiserschnitt nötig sein, aber im Moment verläuft alles ruhig.
