Hinweis der Personalabteilung: Wichtige Punkte vor der Unterschrift
Vor der Unterschrift sollten Sie den Arbeitsvertrag genau lesen: Tätigkeitsbeschreibung, Arbeitsort (mobiles Arbeiten), Arbeitszeit und . Sie auch, ob ein gilt und ob es gibt. Bei befristeten Verträgen ist das Enddatum wichtig. In der Probezeit gelten oft kürzere Fristen.
Bei einer zählt die im Vertrag oder im Tarifvertrag. Wenn Sie selbst kündigen, müssen Sie diese Frist einhalten. Bei einer betriebsbedingten Kündigung können Sie sich arbeitslos melden und Beratung bei der Agentur für Arbeit bekommen. Vereinbaren Sie dazu frühzeitig einen Termin.Before signing, you should read the employment contract carefully: job description, place of work (remote work), working hours, and salary. Also check whether a collective agreement applies and whether there are bonuses. For fixed-term contracts, the end date is important. During the probationary period, shorter notice periods often apply.
In the event of a termination, the notice period in the contract or in the collective agreement applies. If you resign yourself, you must comply with this period. In the case of a redundancy dismissal, you can register as unemployed and get advice from the Employment Agency. Arrange an appointment early for this purpose.

(Good morning, this is Yilmaz from the Development Department. I received the termination notice yesterday and I’m unsure about the notice period.)
Frau Stein (HR): Show Das tut mir leid zu hören. Laut Ihrem Arbeitsvertrag und dem Tarifvertrag beträgt die Kündigungsfrist vier Wochen zum Monatsende.

thank you very much for the draft contract. I have read it and would like to clarify two points before I sign:
1) Regarding remote work: Does "2 days per week" mean that I can choose these days flexibly, or are fixed days planned?
2) Regarding the probation period and notice period: Does the notice period of 2 weeks during the probation period apply to both parties?
On Monday I would be happy to go through the contract with you. Would 10:00 a.m. work for you?
