Für einen Business-Anlass habe ich ein besucht, das internationale Küche anbietet. Auf der Karte stand ein Degustationsmenü mit Vorspeise, Hauptgang und Nachspeise. Der wirkte aufmerksam, indem er kurz erklärte, wie scharf die ist und welches dazu passt. Trotzdem war ich nach dem Hauptgang noch nicht richtig satt.

Positiv: Das hausgemachte Essen war sehr , besonders die als erster Gang. Weniger gut: Der Reservewein war schnell aus, dadurch, dass nur wenige verfügbar waren. Insgesamt ist das Lokal prima für besondere Abende, wenn man eher kleine Portionen mag und sich Zeit zum nimmt.
For a business occasion I visited a luxury restaurant that offers international cuisine. The menu featured a tasting menu with starter, main course and dessert. The service seemed attentive by briefly explaining how spicy the sauce is and which mineral water goes with it. Nevertheless, after the main course I still wasn’t really full.

Positive: The homemade food was very tasty, especially the soup as the first course. Less good: The reserve wine ran out quickly because only a few bottles were available. Overall, the place is great for special evenings if you prefer rather small portions and take time to taste.

thank you very much for your message. Please note: One person cannot tolerate dairy products; otherwise there are no further intolerances. As for the taste, we would prefer it rather mild, so not too spicy.

For the main course, two people would like the meat well done and one person medium. In addition, we would be happy if you could put a bottle of mineral water on the table.

Could you please briefly tell us whether the first course is served at the same time for everyone or one after another?
