How do you do it: Wi‑Fi at home, or do you have a bigger data plan? Do you know a provider where you can easily upgrade the plan online?

Hi Jonas, das ist ärgerlich. Ich würde an deiner Stelle zuerst im Kundenportal nachsehen, ob du den Datentarif sofort aktualisieren kannst oder ob ein Wechsel erst ab dem nächsten Monat möglich ist. Wenn ich du wäre, würde ich auf 15–20 GB wechseln, dann bist du entspannter unterwegs.

Zu Hause nutze ich immer WLAN, damit ich unterwegs weniger Daten verbrauche. Hast du viel gestreamt oder wurden Updates automatisch heruntergeladen? Wenn du willst, schicke ich dir später zwei Anbieter, bei denen der Tarifwechsel online per Link funktioniert.
Hi Jonas, that’s annoying. If I were you, I would first check in the customer portal whether you can upgrade the data plan immediately or whether a change is only possible starting next month. If I were you, I’d switch to 15–20 GB, then you’ll be more relaxed when you’re out and about.

At home I always use Wi‑Fi so I use less data when I’m out. Have you been streaming a lot or were updates downloaded automatically? If you want, I can send you two providers later where switching plans works online via a link.
