Es gibt zwei Dinge, die du sofort tun musst: den Flinch und deinen Gegenanker. (There are two things you have to do immediately: the flinch and your counter-anchor.)
Flinch bedeutet, dass du kurz zusammenzuckst, egal was du hörst - auch wenn es eine gute Zahl für dich ist. (Flinch means that you briefly flinch, no matter what you hear—even if it's a good number for you.)
Danach gibst du dein Gegenangebot ab, das den Anker setzt, den du vorbereitet hast. (After that, you make your counteroffer, which sets the anchor you prepared.)
Du sprichst die ganze Zeit über deinen Anker, um das Angebot zu steuern. (You talk about your anchor the whole time to steer the offer.)
Du musst sofort reagieren und auf keinen Fall ein Pokerface zeigen. (You have to react immediately and under no circumstances show a poker face.)
