- Stel vragen over wat in uw boeking is inbegrepen. (Ask questions about what is included in your booking. )

Writing exercise 
Instruction: Write a short email (5 or 6 sentences) to a hotel to reserve a room for a weekend: mention the dates, the room type, the meal option and ask for a confirmation.
