Vanaf volgende week kun je twee dagen per week thuiswerken. Je gebruikt dan je eigen of een leenlaptop van IT. Het voor het teamoverleg wordt via het Teams gestart. Controleer vooraf je en test je camera en microfoon.

Voor veilig werken meld je je elke ochtend met je werkaccount. Aan het eind van de dag meld je je en sluit je de computer. Bij een storing maak je een ticket bij de Servicedesk. Alleen goedgekeurde mag worden gebruikt.
Starting next week you can work from home two days per week. You will then use your own laptop or a loan laptop from IT. The video call for the team meeting will be started via the Teams platform. Check your connection in advance and test your camera and microphone.

For working securely, log in every morning with your work account. At the end of the day, log out and shut down the computer. In case of an outage, create a ticket with the Service Desk. Only approved equipment may be used.

Hoi Marieke,

Dank je voor je bericht. Morgen werk ik liever thuis, omdat ik dan minder reistijd heb. Ik heb net getest: mijn laptop werkt goed, maar de verbinding is soms traag. Het videogesprek wordt daardoor lastig.

Ik kan me aanmelden op het platform. Zou ik morgen wel een plek op kantoor kunnen reserveren als back-up, voor het geval de verbinding slecht blijft?

Thank you for your message. Tomorrow I would prefer to work from home, because then I have less travel time. I just tested: my laptop works well, but the connection is sometimes slow. The video call will therefore be difficult.

I can log in to the platform. Could I reserve a place at the office tomorrow as a back-up, in case the connection stays bad?
