Op de website van de Rijksoverheid staat: bel het bij , voor politie, of . Bel ook als iemand plotseling niet goed kan praten, moeilijk kan lopen of bewusteloos is. De centralist vraagt eerst het adres en wat er is gebeurd. Blijf rustig en hang niet op totdat de centralist zegt dat je mag ophangen.
Is er geen direct gevaar, neem dan contact op met je huisarts of de huisartsenpost. Bij ernstige klachten ga je naar de . Twijfel je of het spoed is? Bel liever : de centralist geeft advies en stuurt hulp als dat nodig is.The website of the national government says: call 112 in an emergency, for the police, fire brigade or ambulance. Also call if someone suddenly cannot speak properly, has difficulty walking or is unconscious. The call handler first asks for the address and what happened. Stay calm and do not hang up until the call handler tells you that you may hang up.
If there is no immediate danger, contact your GP or the GP out-of-hours service. In case of serious symptoms, you go to the emergency department. Are you unsure whether it is an emergency? Then it is better to call 112: the call handler gives advice and sends help if necessary.

Don’t go looking yourself in the meter cupboard and don’t use the elevator. If possible: go outside with the children via the stairwell and wait there. I’m coming outside too and I’ll ring B-2 to ask if everyone is okay.
