Patrick Lencioni heeft veel onderzoek gedaan naar teams en ontdekte dat een team zich opbouwt in vijf fases.	(Patrick Lencioni has done a lot of research on teams and discovered that a team is built up in five phases.)
De eerste fase is de basis: veiligheid en vertrouwen.	(The first phase is the foundation: safety and trust.)
Als er geen vertrouwen is, kun je niet goed samenwerken.	(If there is no trust, you cannot collaborate well.)
De tweede fase is feedback geven en ontvangen.	(The second phase is giving and receiving feedback.)
