Interne nieuwsbrief- Volgende week bespreekt ons team een nieuwe afspraak over hybride werken. HR vraagt iedereen om één mee te nemen: wat werkt goed en wat niet? Je kunt je mailen vóór vrijdag. Er is ruimte voor vragen in het overleg.

Het doel is een : twee vaste kantoordagen of vrije keuze per week. Let op: je mening moet kort en duidelijk zijn. Schrijf ook één , zodat we sneller kunnen en een besluit nemen.
Internal newsletter (HR) - Next week our team will discuss a new agreement about hybrid working. HR asks everyone to bring one opinion: what works well and what doesn’t? You can email your arguments before Friday. There is room for questions in the meeting.

The goal is a compromise: two fixed office days or free choice per week. Note: your opinion must be short and clear. Also write one counterargument, so that we can negotiate faster and make a decision.

Morgen heb ik een onderhandeling met een leverancier over de prijs van ons drukwerk. Ik geef mijn mening: ik ben positief over de kwaliteit, maar de kosten zijn nu te hoog. Mijn argument is dat wij vaste klant zijn. Hun tegenargument is dat papier duurder is geworden. We hebben geen lang debat nodig. We zoeken een compromis: zij geven vijf procent korting en wij bestellen elke maand. Zonder twijfel is dat beter dan stoppen.

Hoi Marieke,

Ik vind dat Salad & Soup een goed idee is, want daar kunnen we rustig praten. Ik begrijp ook het tegenargument van Sven: het is duur.

Volgens mij kunnen we een compromis maken: we gaan naar Salad & Soup, maar kiezen een menu tot een bepaald bedrag. Als dat niet lukt, halen we broodjes en gaan we één keer samen koffie drinken buiten kantoor.

Hi Marieke,

I think Salad & Soup is a good idea, because we can talk quietly there. I also understand Sven's counterargument: it's expensive.

In my opinion we can make a compromise: we go to Salad & Soup, but choose a menu up to a certain amount. If that doesn't work, we will get sandwiches and go for coffee together outside the office once.
