At the viewing, the estate agent asks about your income and whether you already have a mortgage. You can bid until Friday 12:00. After acceptance you sign the purchase agreement at the notary. Exercise 3: Listening

Instruction: Listen to the audio and answer the questions.

Ik bel de makelaar over een advertentie voor een appartement in Utrecht. Het appartement ligt in een rustige buurt, dichtbij het station. De makelaar vertelt dat de servicekosten 85 euro per maand zijn. Het is niet gemeubileerd, maar de keuken is nieuw. Ik wil het zaterdag bezichtigen. Als het goed voelt, wil ik snel het huurcontract ondertekenen en daarna de huur betalen. Een hypotheek afsluiten is nu niet nodig, omdat ik eerst wil huren.
