Vous travaillez beaucoup et envisagez de confier l’entretien de votre appartement. Notre propose une visite d’évaluation et un devis sous 24 heures. L’équipe effectue le (cuisine, salle de bain, sols) et, sur demande, un de saison. Le inclut les produits standards, mais certains (four, hotte) peuvent demander plus de temps.
Avant la première intervention, signalez les points à éviter (objets fragiles, bureau en télétravail) et les consignes de l’immeuble. Pour les sols, nous utilisons le balai, la serpillière et le chiffon. En cas de panne, si l’aspirateur ne pas, nous terminons à la main et notons l’incident. Si vous avez eu un plombier la veille, merci de nous prévenir : certaines pièces doivent sécher avant d’être nettoyées.You work a lot and are considering entrusting the upkeep of your apartment. Our cleaning service offers an evaluation visit and a quote within 24 hours. The team carries out regular cleaning (kitchen, bathroom, floors) and, on request, a deep seasonal clean. The hourly rate includes standard products, but some appliances (oven, extractor hood) may require more time.
Before the first visit, point out things to avoid (fragile objects, home office while working remotely) and the building’s rules. For floors, we use a broom, a mop, and a cloth. In the event of a breakdown, if the vacuum cleaner does not work, we finish by hand and note the incident. If you had a plumber the day before, please let us know: some areas must dry before being cleaned.

Adrien (agence de ménage): Show Très bien. Notre tarif horaire est de 28 € tout compris. Vous souhaitez principalement passer l'aspirateur, balayer, faire la vaisselle et ranger la cuisine, c'est bien ça ?
(Very good. Our hourly rate is €28 all-inclusive. You mainly want vacuuming, sweeping, doing the dishes, and tidying the kitchen, is that right?)
Sonia (cliente): Show Oui. Il faudrait aussi sortir les poubelles et faire le lit. J'ai un lave-vaisselle : il suffit de le mettre en marche et de vider ensuite.

Could you specify the surface area (m²) and whether you would also like us to iron or take out the trash?

Merci pour votre réponse. L’appartement fait environ 62 m². Je voudrais un ménage courant chaque semaine (salle de bain, cuisine, passer l’aspirateur et laver le sol). Pour la première intervention, un grand ménage serait utile, surtout dans la cuisine.
Est-ce que votre équipe apporte aussi les chiffons et les gants en caoutchouc, ou faut-il que je les fournisse ? Combien d’heures conseillez-vous pour la première visite ?
Je suis disponible mardi ou jeudi après 18h, ou samedi matin. Si mardi n’était pas possible, mercredi en fin de journée conviendrait aussi.

Hello Ms. Martin,
Thank you for your reply. The apartment is about 62 m². I would like regular cleaning every week (bathroom, kitchen, vacuuming and mopping the floor). For the first visit, a deep clean would be useful, especially in the kitchen.
Does your team also bring cloths and rubber gloves, or do I need to provide them? How many hours do you recommend for the first visit?
I am available Tuesday or Thursday after 6 p.m., or Saturday morning. If Tuesday is not possible, Wednesday late in the day would also work.
