Client: Show Bonjour, je viens d’emménager à Lyon et j’aimerais un abonnement Internet avec un bon débit et un forfait mobile inclus, vous pouvez me conseiller ?

(Hello, I just moved to Lyon and I’d like an Internet subscription with good speed and a mobile plan included — can you advise me?)

Conseiller en boutique: Show Bonjour, bien sûr ; on a un package fibre + forfait mobile illimité, avec une bonne couverture réseau en ville et le partage de connexion inclus.

(Hello, of course. We have a fiber package plus an unlimited mobile plan, with good coverage in the city and tethering included.)

Client: Show Le forfait est vraiment illimité, même pour la consommation de données en France, ou il y a une limite cachée ?

(Is the plan truly unlimited, even for data use in France, or is there a hidden cap?)

Conseiller en boutique: Show En France c’est illimité, mais en roaming en Europe vous avez 30 Go par mois, au‑delà il y a un coût supplémentaire indiqué sur le contrat.

(In France it’s unlimited, but for roaming in Europe you get 30 GB per month; beyond that there’s an extra charge shown in the contract.)

Client: Show Et si je vois que je consomme trop de données, je peux suivre ma consommation facilement sur l’application ?

(And if I see I’m using too much data, can I easily track my usage in the app?)

Conseiller en boutique: Show Oui, vous avez un suivi de consommation en temps réel, et vous pouvez aussi faire une recharge de données si besoin.

(Yes — there’s real-time usage tracking, and you can also purchase additional data if needed.)

Client: Show Très bien, la période d’engagement est de combien, et comment se passe la résiliation si je dois partir à l’étranger ?

(Great. What’s the minimum commitment period, and how does cancellation work if I have to move abroad?)

Conseiller en boutique: Show L’engagement est de douze mois, et en cas de départ à l’étranger on peut étudier un remboursement partiel des frais de résiliation sur présentation de votre contrat de travail.

(The commitment is twelve months. If you move abroad, we can consider a partial refund of cancellation fees upon presentation of your employment contract.)

Gérant du café: Show Oui, on a beaucoup de monde connecté, la bande passante est un peu saturée ; si vous voulez, je peux vous donner le mot de passe de notre hotspot plus rapide, réservé au télétravail.

(Yes, a lot of people are connected and the bandwidth is a bit overloaded. If you like, I can give you the password for our faster hotspot reserved for remote work.)

Consultante: Show Merci, parce que mon forfait mobile a presque atteint sa limite de données, je ne peux plus faire de partage de connexion pour aujourd’hui.

(Thanks — my mobile plan is nearly at its data limit, so I can’t use my phone’s hotspot today.)

Gérant du café: Show Pas de souci, avec ce nouveau réseau le débit devrait être plus stable, mais évitez de lancer de grosses mises à jour pendant votre réunion.

(No problem. With that network the connection should be more stable, but try to avoid starting large updates during your meeting.)

Consultante: Show D’accord, je vais juste consulter mes mails et partager mon écran, je surveillerai aussi ma consommation de données sur le téléphone au cas où.

(Okay — I’ll just check my emails and share my screen, and I’ll also monitor my phone’s data usage just in case.)

Gérant du café: Show Si ça coupe encore, revenez me voir, on vérifiera la box et la couverture réseau avec le fournisseur.
