En España, los trabajadores tienen derechos para garantizar condiciones de trabajo justas. La jornada laboral ordinaria no puede superar las 40 horas semanales y debe haber descansos: pausas durante el día, un día libre por semana y al menos 12 horas entre jornadas. Además, existe el derecho a vacaciones pagadas, como mínimo 30 días naturales al año.

Otro aspecto importante es la remuneración. El trabajador debe recibir su sueldo de forma puntual y reflejado en la nómina; también puede haber complementos según el convenio colectivo. En el entorno laboral actual se reconoce la desconexión digital y el derecho a la formación profesional.

En caso de despido, el empleado tiene derechos: recibirá el finiquito con las cantidades pendientes y, según la causa, una posible indemnización. He trabajado más horas esta semana, pero la semana pasada trabajé según mi horario.
