Cuando alquilas una vivienda, el contrato es muy importante. (When you rent a home, the agreement is very important.)
Desde marzo de dos mil diecinueve, los contratos de alquiler suelen durar más. (Since March 2019, rental agreements generally last longer.)
Si el propietario no quiere seguir con el contrato, debe avisar con tiempo. (If the landlord does not want to continue the agreement, they must give timely notice.)
Si no lo hace, el contrato se prorroga automáticamente. (If they do not, the agreement is automatically renewed.)
Puedes dejar la vivienda antes de tiempo, pero debes avisar con treinta días de antelación. (You can vacate the home early, but you must give thirty days' notice.)
Para firmar el contrato siempre se necesita una fianza; se devuelve si no hay daños y has pagado todo. (A security deposit is always required to sign the agreement; it is returned if there is no damage and you have paid everything owed.)
Si no pagas la mensualidad o abandonas la vivienda vacía, el propietario puede pedir que te marches. (If you do not pay the monthly rent or you abandon the property empty, the landlord can ask you to leave.)
Los propietarios no pueden subir el alquiler más que el aumento general de los precios cada año. (Landlords cannot raise the rent by more than the general annual increase in prices.)
Es importante que el propietario deposite la fianza en el organismo competente. (It is important that the landlord deposits the security deposit with the competent authority.)
Los contratos pueden modificarse si ambas partes están de acuerdo. (Agreements can be changed if both parties agree.)

En Valencia, una empresa de mudanzas ofrece un servicio profesional para hacer una mudanza con seguridad. Tienen más de 60 años de experiencia y una flota propia de vehículos, por eso el camión de mudanzas puede adaptarse a lo que necesitas. Ofrecen servicios para proteger tus pertenencias, especialmente si son objetos frágiles.

  • Servicio de empaquetado: preparan y protegen tus cosas antes del traslado.
  • Montaje y desmontaje: desmontan muebles grandes y los vuelven a montar en el destino.
  • Servicio puerta a puerta: recogen en tu vivienda y entregan en tu nuevo piso.

Para organizar la mudanza, conviene pedir un presupuesto online, comparar precios y avisar si el edificio no tiene ascensor. También es útil anotar un inventario de las cajas y coordinar la fecha con la empresa para evitar retrasos.
