Cuando alquilas una casa, el contrato es muy importante. (When you rent a house, the contract is very important.)
Desde marzo de dos mil diecinueve, los alquileres suelen ser más largos. (Since March two thousand nineteen, rental contracts are usually longer.)
Si el casero no quiere seguir con el contrato, debe avisar con tiempo. (If the landlord does not want to continue with the contract, they must give notice in advance.)
Si no lo hace, se prorroga automáticamente. (If they do not, it is automatically extended.)
Hay permisos para dejar la casa antes de tiempo, pero siempre debes avisar con treinta días de antelación. (There are permissions to leave the house early, but you must always give thirty days' notice.)
Siempre se necesita una fianza para firmar el contrato y la fianza se devuelve si no hay daños. (A security deposit is always needed to sign the contract, and the security deposit is returned if there is no damage.)
Si no pagas el alquiler o dejas la casa vacía, el casero puede pedir que te vayas. (If you don't pay the rent or leave the house empty, the landlord can ask you to leave.)
