Desde este mes, algunas refuerzan el control de medicamentos para el dolor y la fiebre. Si tu médico te ha dado una tráela y revisa la indicada y la fecha de antes de empezar. Los productos de venta libre siguen disponibles, pero el puede aconsejarte alternativas más suaves si no hay receta o si ya estás tomando otros .

Si estás , con o con fiebre, no te automediques varios días sin consultar. Para molestias leves se recomienda usar un analgésico o un antiinflamatorio solo el tiempo necesario. Quienes necesiten un deben tomarlo completo y suspenderlo solo si lo indica el médico; es el profesional quien valora efectos y riesgos. En caso de tratamiento en gotas o crema, sigue las instrucciones del envase.
From this month, some pharmacies are strengthening the control of medicines for pain and fever. If your doctor has given you a prescription, bring it and check the indicated dosage and the expiration date before starting. Over-the-counter products are still available, but the pharmacist can advise you on milder alternatives if there is no prescription or if you are already taking other medicines.

If you have a cold, nausea, or a fever, do not self-medicate for several days without consulting someone. For mild discomfort, it is recommended to use a painkiller or an anti-inflammatory only for as long as necessary. Those who need an antibiotic must take the full course and stop only if the doctor indicates it; it is the professional who assesses effects and risks. In the case of treatment in drops or cream, follow the instructions on the package.

Esta mañana he ido a la farmacia con la receta del médico de cabecera. Estoy resfriada y, además, tengo náuseas desde ayer. El farmacéutico me ha dado un antibiótico y me ha explicado la dosis: una pastilla cada ocho horas durante cinco días, sin suspender aunque me encuentre mejor. También me ha recomendado un analgésico de venta libre por si me sube la fiebre y que compruebe la caducidad. Antes de irme he comprado un termómetro y unas tiritas, por si acaso.
