Desde este mes, algunas refuerzan el control de medicamentos para el dolor y la fiebre. Si tu médico te ha dado una tráela y revisa la indicada y la fecha de antes de empezar. Los productos de venta libre siguen disponibles, pero el puede aconsejarte alternativas más suaves si no hay receta o si ya estás tomando otros .
Si estás , con o con fiebre, no te automediques varios días sin consultar. Para molestias leves se recomienda usar un analgésico o un antiinflamatorio solo el tiempo necesario. Cliente (Álvaro): Show Hola, traigo esta receta del médico: me ha puesto un antibiótico porque estoy resfriado, pero no tengo claro la dosis exacta.
(Hi, I have this prescription from the doctor: he prescribed me an antibiotic because I have a cold, but I'm not sure about the exact dosage.)
Farmacéutica (Marta): Show Aquí indica una pastilla cada ocho horas durante siete días; tómelo siempre con agua y no suspenda el tratamiento aunque se note mejor.

Hi, love. As far as I remember, you didn’t have an allergy to any antibiotic last year; what gave you a reaction was a topical cream. Tell the pharmacist that right now you have a fever, a sore throat, and nausea, and that you haven’t taken anything today.
About the ibuprofen: if the 600 mg one requires a prescription, buy a lower dose and follow the pharmacist’s recommendation. Also ask which painkiller is compatible with amoxicillin and whether you can take paracetamol. Check the dose and the expiration date before you leave.
