There will be two of us and we want to move at the end of this month. For work it’s possible that I’ll have to change address in about 6–8 months, so I’d like to know whether the contract allows termination early and how much notice is required.
Could you also confirm which expenses are paid separately? I’m interested to know whether the electricity, gas, water, and community fees bills are included or whether they are paid separately.
