With the aim of reducing delays and improving mobility, the company will review the commuting plan starting next month. If you travel by public transport, bear in mind that during rush hour a transfer may be necessary and it is advisable to check the platform in advance so you don’t miss the bus or the train. Despite the changes, the goal is to ensure a punctual and safe arrival.

I’m writing to let you know that, due to construction work, the office car park will be closed from March 11 to March 29. There will be access control and it will not be possible to park in the area.

If you come by car, you can leave it at the “Estación Norte” car park (10 minutes on foot) or, instead of driving, use public transport: bus (line 6, bus lane) + metro with a transfer.

Can you confirm which option you will use? Regarding the season ticket or a possible bike lease, HR can arrange that.

Gracias por la información. A causa de los atascos en la autopista, algunos días llego con retraso cuando voy en coche, así que durante las obras prefiero no conducir. En vez de ir en coche, puedo dejar el coche en Estación Norte y venir andando, o tomar la línea 6 y hacer transbordo al metro. También me interesa el leasing de bici si incluye seguro.

En cuanto al abono transporte, ¿la empresa lo cubre totalmente o solo una parte? Si solo es parcial, ¿cuál sería la cuantía mensual que ofrece la empresa?

Hi Elena,

Thanks for the information. Because of the traffic jams on the highway, some days I’m late when I drive, so during the construction I prefer not to drive. Instead of driving, I can leave the car at Estación Norte and walk, or take line 6 and transfer to the metro. I’m also interested in the bike lease if it includes insurance.

Regarding the season ticket, does the company cover it fully or only partially? If it’s only partial, what would be the monthly amount the company would contribute?
