(Mobility and company car update)

A partir del 1 de junio, la empresa actualizará la política de movilidad. En los trayectos habituales al centro se recomienda el transporte público. A pesar de la comodidad del coche, el en hora punta suele provocar retrasos y en la son frecuentes los . As of June 1, the company will update the mobility policy. For the usual commutes to the office, public transportation is recommended. Despite the comfort of the car, rush-hour traffic often causes delays, and traffic jams are common on the highway. If you come by car, please remember that the seat belt is mandatory and that you may only park in the assigned spaces.

Instead of requesting a fixed parking space, you can apply for a monthly pass for commuter trains and buses or an electric bike leasing plan. Thanks to these options, fuel expenses are reduced and you avoid looking for a spot when there is gridlock near the office. Employees must keep the proof of payment and report incidents to the HR team.

Esta semana estoy probando una alternativa al coche porque el tráfico en la autopista por la mañana es horrible y siempre hay un atasco cerca del túnel. Ayer llegué con retraso y perdí el autobús, así que hice transbordo en el andén del metro. Gracias por la información. En cuanto a mi trayecto al trabajo, normalmente vengo en coche porque empiezo a las 8:30 y, a veces, voy con retraso cuando hay atasco en la autopista. A pesar de que puedo usar el transporte público, necesito una opción fiable los días que tengo reuniones tempranas.

En vez de reservar plaza solo dos días, ¿sería posible reservarla tres días durante las obras? Los otros días podría venir en cercanías y autobús, especialmente si la empresa apoya el abono mensual.

Sobre el leasing, me interesa una bicicleta eléctrica para los días sin lluvia. ¿Me puedes enviar las condiciones (precio, seguro y duración)?

Thanks for the information. As for my commute to work, I normally come by car because I start at 8:30 and, sometimes, I’m late when there’s a traffic jam on the motorway. Even though I can use public transport, I need a reliable option on the days when I have early meetings.

Instead of being able to reserve a space only two days, would it be possible to reserve it three days during the construction work? On the other days I could come by commuter train and bus, especially if the company supports the monthly pass.

About the lease, I’m interested in an electric bicycle for days when it’s not raining. Can you send me the conditions (price, insurance, and duration)?
