He probado el servicio online de una tienda de para renovar mi estudio, donde teletrabajo. Lo mejor es que el asesor no me anima a comprar por comprar: combino colores, me pide que guarde los objetos personales y que solo lo que ya no uso. No cuelgo cuadros hasta que tenga claro el . Cuando cambie la cortina y ponga dos cojines, el espacio será más acogedor y, a mi gusto, más profesional.
I tried the online service of a home décor shop to renovate my studio, where I work from home. The plan suggests a minimalist style with light wood furniture, a low shelving unit and a neutral rug to reduce noise. They recommend making the most of natural light and adding a floor lamp for video calls. They also suggest hanging a mirror near the window to reflect more light.

The best part is that the consultant doesn’t push me to buy things just for the sake of buying: while I choose colors, they ask me to keep personal items and to throw away only what I no longer use. I won’t hang pictures until I’m sure about the overall feel. When I change the curtain and add two cushions, the space will feel cozier and, in my opinion, more professional.

Hola Marta, ¡qué bien! Yo optaría por un estilo moderno pero acogedor: base clara y pocos elementos, y luego detalles personales.

A mi gusto, el espejo grande es una buena idea porque refleja la luz. Pondría cortinas claras y mantendría la alfombra beige si está en buen estado. No colgaría todos los cuadros de golpe: mejor empezar con 2–3 láminas del mismo tamaño en una pared y dejar el resto más limpio.

Cuando quieras un toque acogedor, añade 2–3 cojines en tonos cálidos y una lámpara con luz cálida para la noche. Si me mandas una foto del salón, te digo qué pared quedaría mejor.
Hi Marta, how great! I’d choose a modern but cozy style: a light base with few elements and then personal touches.

I think the large mirror is a good idea because it reflects light. I’d install light curtains and keep the beige rug if it’s in good condition. I wouldn’t hang all the pictures at once: better to start with 2–3 prints of the same size on one wall and leave the rest cleaner.

If you want a cozy touch, add 2–3 cushions in warm tones and a lamp with warm light for the evenings. If you send me a photo of the living room, I’ll tell you which wall would work best.
