El Ayuntamiento recuerda que, cuando cambias tu situación familiar, conviene actualizar tus datos en el padrón y en otros registros. Para algunos trámites (matrimonio, pareja de hecho o ) pueden pedir el o el pasaporte/ , y documentos como el o un certificado de estado civil. Si el documento es de otro país, suele necesitar legalización o apostilla y, a veces, traducción jurada.
Si vais a firmar ante , revisad con antelación qué papeles faltan y pedid cita. La semana que viene preparando la documentación y el notario estará comprobando los datos antes de la firma. For some procedures (marriage, domestic partnership or divorce) they may request the DNI or passport/NIE, and documents such as the marriage certificate or a certificate of civil status. If you are going to sign before a notary, check in advance which documents are missing and make an appointment. Next week you will be preparing the documentation and the notary will be verifying the details before the signing. In case of separation, also ask about deadlines and about how to notify the change of civil status.
