El Ayuntamiento informa de que los pueden organizar para familias con una persona mayor dependiente. To request the service, the family must submit an application and a medical report. In 2024 the telephone service hours were extended. If you have already cared for an elderly person and now need leave for family reasons, check with your employer: some situations allow family care leave. The care home, which has a long waiting list, is recommended only if there is no support available at home.

El martes por la mañana puedo acompañarte a servicios sociales, pero solo a partir de las 10:30. Si prefieres ir antes, ve tú y luego me cuentas lo que te digan.
Estoy de acuerdo en pedir la ayuda a domicilio y también la teleasistencia; así papá estará más tranquilo cuando esté solo. Sobre la adaptación del hogar, me parece bien poner una barra en el baño.

I agree with requesting home help and also telecare; that way Dad will feel more comfortable when he is alone. As for the home adaptation, I think installing a grab bar in the bathroom is a good idea.
That morning I can request time off for family reasons and stay with him until we return. If you want, I can call the town hall today to ask which documents we need to bring.
