En el suplemento cultural de hoy comentamos el de “La fundación”, de Buero Vallejo, en el Teatro de la Abadía. La es sobria y aprovecha bien el espacio: el se abre con luz fría y el cambia poco, pero crea tensión. El público siguió la historia en silencio y aplaudió con fuerza al final.

Hubo y se notó una cola larga en la entrada del bar. La función fue un éxito por el trabajo del elenco y por la música en vivo, que acompañó sin tapar las voces. Al salir, varios espectadores decían que la obra hace pensar sobre la libertad y la violencia, y que volverán para recomendarla a amigos.
In today’s cultural supplement we comment on the premiere of “La fundación”, by Buero Vallejo, at the Teatro de la Abadía. The staging is restrained and makes good use of the space: the curtain opens with cold light and the stage changes little, but it creates tension. The audience followed the story in silence and applauded loudly at the end.

There was an intermission and a long line was noticeable at the entrance to the bar. The performance was a success thanks to the work of the cast and the live music, which accompanied without drowning out the voices. On the way out, several spectators said that the play makes you think about freedom and violence, and that they will come back to recommend it to friends.

Ayer fui de estreno con unos compañeros de trabajo a una obra de teatro en el centro. Llegamos justos de tiempo y tuvimos que hacer cola, pero al final entramos rápido. Nuestro asiento estaba en la fila ocho y se veía bien el escenario. La puesta en escena me sorprendió, sobre todo cuando se abrió el telón. En el intermedio comentamos la historia con otros espectadores. Al terminar, el público aplaudió mucho y el espectáculo fue un éxito, aunque a mí el final me pareció un poco rápido.

Cambiar asiento en el teatro

Acomodador: Show Buenas noches. ¿Me enseña su entrada, por favor? Veo: fila 12, asiento 8, a la derecha del escenario.

Espectadora: Show Sí, aquí tiene. El problema es que delante hay una columna y casi no puedo ver el telón ni la puesta en escena.

Acomodador: Show Lo siento. Si quiere, durante el intermedio le puedo cambiar a un asiento libre en la fila 10; ahora la función va a empezar.

Espectadora: Show Perfecto, esperaré al intermedio. ¿Me avisa usted cuando pueda moverme?

Acomodador: Show Por supuesto. En cuanto el público baje al vestíbulo, la busco y lo gestionamos rápido.

Open questions:
