El condicional simple se usa para expresar deseos, hipótesis o recomendaciones.

Che cos’è il condicional simple?

Il condicional simple in spagnolo corrisponde al nostro condizionale presente italiano (affitterei, compreresti, vivrebbero…).

  • Parla di ipotesi nel presente o nel futuro.
  • Esprime desideri e progetti possibili.
  • Serve per fare consigli gentili o richieste cortesi.

È molto simile all’italiano: questo ti aiuta, ma attenzione a dove lo usi nelle frasi con si.

Come si forma: è più semplice del congiuntivo

Buona notizia: per tutti i verbi (in -ar, -er, -ir) le desinenze sono le stesse.

Schema generale: infinitivo + -ía, -ías, -ía, -íamos, -íais, -ían

  • L’accento è sempre sulla í: alquilaría, viviríamos.

  1. Desideri e progetti possibili (più gentili di “voglio”)

    • Quiero vivir cerca del trabajo. → Me gustaría vivir cerca del trabajo.

  2. Ipotesi (molto spesso con una frase con si)

    • Si tuviera más dinero, alquilaría un piso en el centro.
    • Si el barrio fuera más tranquilo, firmaríamos el contrato.

  3. Consigli e opinioni gentili

    • Con tu presupuesto, yo alquilaría un piso más pequeño.
    • Yo compraría esta casa: tiene buena ubicación.

Attenzione alle frasi con «si» (ipotesi irreali)

Qui gli italiani sbagliano spesso, perché in italiano usiamo due condizionali:

Se avessi soldi, affitterei un attico.

In spagnolo la struttura è diversa:

  • nella frase con si → imperfecto de subjuntivo
  • nella frase principale → condicional simple

Regola visiva per le ipotesi irreali:

  • Si + subjuntivo imperfecto (tuviera, fuera, estuviera…) + ,
  • → frase principale con condicional (alquilaría, comprarías, vivirían…)
