Op Spotify kun je muziek en podcasts streamen via één platform. Als je vragen hebt over je account of abonnement, biedt de Spotify-ondersteuning informatie over veel onderwerpen, zoals Betalingen en facturering, Je account beheren en Premium-abonnementen.

In het zoekveld typ je een vraag om snel een passend artikel te vinden. Vaak vind je daar uitleg om je abonnement te wijzigen of op te zeggen. Meestal moet je eerst inloggen, daarna het juiste abonnement kiezen en de gevraagde stappen volgen. Als je het antwoord niet vindt, kun je hulp vragen in de community.

Terwijl je naar muziek of een podcast luistert, kun je ook een afspeellijst maken of een aflevering opzoeken. Je zoekt informatie op en je kunt je abonnement opzeggen als je wilt stoppen.
