Instruction: You want to spend less money and are considering changing or canceling your Spotify Premium subscription.

Task: Zoek waar je je Premium-abonnement kunt wijzigen of opzeggen en schrijf in 4–5 zinnen welke stappen je moet volgen en waar je die optie vindt.

Spotify biedt hulp voor mensen die muziek en podcasts streamen. Je kunt informatie opzoeken met het zoekveld bovenaan de pagina. Belangrijke onderwerpen zijn Betalingen en facturering, Je account beheren en Premium-abonnementen.

Op de hulp-pagina staat stap-voor-stap hoe je je abonnement kunt wijzigen of opzeggen. Vaak moet je eerst inloggen bij je account. Voor problemen met betalen vind je uitleg over mislukte betalingen en te veel betaalde bedragen. Je kunt ook je betaalgegevens wijzigen zodat alles klopt.
