Exercise 1: Match a word

Vanaf 1 mei past StreamNL de startpagina aan. Je ziet sneller nieuwe en op basis van je luistergeschiedenis. Wie dat niet wil, kan in de instellingen persoonlijke uitzetten. In hetzelfde menu kun je je ook op een podcast of afleveringen downloaden voor offline luisteren.

De update verandert ook de speler: je kunt eenvoudiger , en . Volgens StreamNL is dit vooral bedoeld voor mensen die onderweg luisteren. Let op: als je een gedeelde gebruikt, kunnen collega’s zien welke nummers je recent hebt , tenzij je de privacy-optie aanzet.
From 1 May, StreamNL will update the homepage. You’ll see new podcasts and playlists more quickly, based on your listening history. If you don’t want that, you can turn off personalized recommendations in the settings. In the same menu, you can also subscribe to a podcast or download episodes for offline listening.

The update also changes the player: you can pause, fast-forward, and repeat more easily. According to StreamNL, this is mainly intended for people who listen on the go. Note: if you use a shared playlist, colleagues can see which tracks you’ve played recently, unless you turn on the privacy option.
