In mei organiseren we een op kantoor ter gelegenheid van het 25-jarig bestaan van onze vestiging. Er is een korte , daarna een rondleiding en een met activiteiten voor kinderen. Je partner en kinderen zijn welkom. Meld je 10 april aan met je naam en het aantal gasten, zodat we de catering kunnen regelen. je ook willen aangeven of je die dag later , bijvoorbeeld door de drukte op de weg? En als je na het feest nog familie, geef dat dan door voor de planning van de afsluiting. We willen het graag gezellig houden, zonder dat het van mensen in de gangen.
Dear colleagues,

In May we are organizing a family party at the office to celebrate the 25th anniversary of our branch. There will be a short reception, followed by a tour and a party program with activities for children. Your partner and children are welcome. Please register before 10 April with your name and the number of guests, so that we can arrange the catering.

Could you also indicate whether you will get home later that day, for example due to heavy traffic on the road? And if you are still going to visit family after the party, please let us know for the planning of the closing. We would like to keep it cozy, without the corridors swarming with people.

Morgen is er een verrassingsfeest voor mijn vader omdat hij zestig wordt. Vanavond werk ik de gastlijst af en stuur ik iedereen nog een bericht. Mijn zus regelt het feestprogramma en de receptie in het buurthuis. We willen hem niet alleen feliciteren met zijn verjaardag, maar ook bedanken omdat hij altijd voor ons heeft gezorgd. Na het feest gaan we nog even langs bij oma, want zij denkt de laatste tijd veel aan opa en is soms verdrietig.

Verrassingsfeest voor oma regelen

Sanne (nicht): Show Ik zat te denken: zullen we oma’s 70e als verrassingsfeest doen? Ons familiefeest is anders altijd zo voorspelbaar.

Rachid (neef): Show Ja, leuk idee. Dan moeten we snel een gastlijst maken en iemand regelen die de receptie bij het zaaltje doet.

Sanne (nicht): Show Precies. Het feestprogramma wil ik niet te lang maken, anders krioelen de kinderen door elkaar en wordt oma te moe.
