Collega Mark: Show Ik zat net in de trein nóg een aflevering van die nieuwe podcast ‘De Nachtdenkers’ te streamen, echt een aanrader hoor.

Collega Sara: Show Oh ja? Welk genre is dat dan, true crime, nieuws, of meer interviewstijl?

Collega Mark: Show Meer interviews, met wetenschappers en artiesten; de intro is een beetje lang, maar daarna wordt het superinteressant voor de luisteraar.

(It's more interview-based, with scientists and artists; the intro is a bit long, but it gets really interesting after that.)

Collega Sara: Show Klinkt goed, ik zoek juist iets nieuws, want mijn afspeellijst met populaire podcasts is ik-weet-niet-hoe-vaak al opnieuw afgespeeld.

(Sounds good — I’m actually looking for something new, because my playlist of popular podcasts has been replayed way too many times.)

Collega Mark: Show Als je je abonneert, krijg je automatisch een melding bij elke release en kun je oude fragmenten terugspoelen als je iets gemist hebt.

(If you subscribe, you get a notification for each release and you can rewind older segments if you missed anything.)

Collega Sara: Show Top, stuur je me straks even een aanbeveling via Teams, dan blader ik vanavond door de hitlijst en zet ik die podcast erbij in mijn lijstje.

Collega Mark: Show Doe ik, en als jij nog een goede recensie tegenkomt van een andere serie, hoor ik het ook graag, want mijn woon-werkverkeer is lang genoeg.

Partner Eva: Show Tom, ik word echt gek van die reclames tussendoor; zullen we eindelijk een betaald abonnement nemen op die streamingdienst?

Partner Tom: Show Ja, mee eens, vooral als ik sport en een aflevering bijna afgelopen is en dan ineens reclame komt, dan is mijn hele concentratie weg.

(Yes, I agree. Especially when I’m working out and an episode is nearly finished and suddenly an ad starts — it completely breaks my concentration.)

Partner Eva: Show We kunnen ook een familie-abonnement nemen, dan kunnen we allebei tegelijk streamen en onze eigen afspeellijsten met podcasts en muziek hebben.

(We could get a family plan, so we can both stream at the same time and keep separate playlists for podcasts and music.)

Partner Tom: Show Goed idee, jij luistert toch vooral naar Nederlandstalige artiesten en true crime, en ik meer naar jazz en tech-podcasts, dus dat is wel zo handig.

(Good idea. You mostly listen to Dutch-language artists and true crime, and I prefer jazz and tech podcasts, so that would work well.)
