Dank voor uw bericht. De stofzuiger had de laatste weken al soms klachten: hij maakte meer lawaai en verloor zuigkracht, maar gisteren is hij echt kapot gegaan. Als ik dat eerder had geweten, zou ik zelf een andere stofzuiger klaargezet hebben.

Graag wil ik dat jullie de volgende keer een eigen stofzuiger meenemen, zodat de schoonmaak volledig en netjes kan worden afgerond. Kunt u ook aangeven of dat extra kosten betekent of dat het binnen het uurtarief valt?

Verder zou ik het op prijs stellen als de medewerker het vuilnis buitenzet en de was ophangt als dat mogelijk is bij de volgende beurt.
