Vanaf 1 juni past ons bedrijf de mobiliteitsregeling aan. Voor kiezen medewerkers zelf: trein of bus, fiets of een leaseauto. Reiskosten met het worden vergoed op basis van het van het abonnement. Wie met de auto komt, krijgt een ; bij kantoor is alleen mogelijk met een vergunning.

As of 1 June, our company is adjusting the mobility policy. For commuting, employees choose for themselves: train or bus, bicycle, or a lease car. Travel costs by public transport are reimbursed based on the subscription fare. Those who come by car receive a mileage allowance; parking at the office is only possible with a permit.

Note: during rush hour there are often traffic jams on the motorway and delays on the rail network. Therefore, HR asks you to plan your travel time realistically and to make a timely decision about your fixed option. For lease cars, the following applies: always wear your seat belt and do not use the bus lane. Questions or submitting an application can be done via the HR portal.

Sinds deze maand werk ik bij een bedrijf in Utrecht, maar ik woon in Amersfoort. De afstand is ongeveer 25 kilometer. Normaal neem ik de trein: ik loop naar het perron en ben er in een half uur. Deze week had ik vertraging door werkzaamheden aan het spoor, dus nam ik één dag de auto. Op de snelweg stond in de spits een lange file en ik kon niet opschieten. Parkeren bij kantoor is duur, maar ik krijg wel kilometervergoeding. Volgende maand ga ik kijken naar een leasefiets, want dat scheelt in de reiskosten.

Hoi Anouk,

Dank voor je bericht. Mijn afstand naar kantoor is ongeveer 18 km. In de spits heb ik vaak vertraging op de snelweg, vooral op dinsdagochtend.

Mijn voorkeur is om vaker met het openbaar vervoer te reizen (trein), mits ik één dag per week thuis kan werken. Op goede dagen zou ik ook graag een (elektrische) leasefiets gebruiken.

Kun je aangeven welk tarief geldt voor de kilometervergoeding als ik met de auto kom? En wat zijn de stappen om een leasefiets aan te vragen en of er een fietsvergoeding mogelijk is?

Hi Anouk,

Thank you for your message. My distance to the office is about 18 km. During rush hour I often have delays on the highway, especially on Tuesday morning.

My preference is to travel more often by public transport (train), provided that I can work from home one day per week. On good days I would also like to use an (electric) lease bike.

Can you indicate which rate applies to the per-kilometer allowance if I come by car? And what are the steps to apply for a lease bike and whether a bicycle allowance is possible?
