Present perfect with zijn
Get your bookYou use the present perfect tense with zijn for movement and change, and with verbs such as gaan, komen, blijven, and gebeuren.
- The perfect tense of a verb with zijn is: subject + zijn + past participle.
- In negative sentences, you often use niet in the present perfect tense.
