Sample tubes are first purified and then labeled; the final result must match the same value as in the reference. If two departments are both working on the same request, then record who performs which step and report this back in the file.

Als je beide uitslagen hebt, wil je me dan laten weten waar je op uitkomt en wat je eruit concludeert? Dan kan ik MMB en Kwaliteit meteen terugkoppelen.

Ik ga meteen allebei de monsters (A en B) opnieuw en nauwkeurig controleren op chloor (Cl). Ik volg de veiligheidsprocedure: handschoenen, laboratoriumjas en werken in de afzuigkast. De batchnummers noteer ik in het logboek.
Ik verwacht rond 14:30 beide uitslagen te hebben. Als de waarden weer afwijken, wijst dat waarschijnlijk op vervuiling tijdens de voorbereiding of in één van de reagents. Dan laat ik je direct weten waar ik op uitkom en wat ik concludeer. Zal ik Kwaliteit in cc zetten bij mijn terugkoppeling?

Hi Rachida,
I will immediately recheck both samples (A and B) carefully for chlorine (Cl). I will follow the safety procedure: gloves, lab coat, and working in the fume hood. I will record the batch numbers in the logbook.
I expect to have both results around 14:30. If the values deviate again, that probably indicates contamination during preparation or in one of the reagents. Then I will let you know right away what I end up with and what I conclude. Shall I cc Quality in my feedback?
